I'm kidding, of course, but this is why I avoid using standalone initials unless they are truly universally recognized, like U.S.A., F.B.I., E.U. and U.N. Some readers may not know what lesser-known initials stand for.
This is an excellent point!! Sometimes it's easy for me to get caught up in the acronyms when I'm moving quickly, but this of course makes for a much higher barrier for entry. BPJ are the initials of the transgender athlete who was the named plaintiff in the recent supreme court case. Thank you for asking!
