When it comes to magic-themed media to recommend as alternative to Harry Potter, my go-to for an all-ages one is the Owl House.
A gender non-conforming bisexual Afro-Latina (and most likely neurodivergent) girl who doesn't fit in at her school gets isekai'd to magical realm where witches and demons live on the bodies of deceased titans. Humans can't naturally do magic, but she finds a way to overcomes this and trains to be a witch, eventually enrolling in a magic school. She gets into a relationship with another girl and fights against the corrupt system ruling the place.
There are two non-binary characters - one of them plays a significant role in season 2.
For teens and older, I recommend the Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady. It does have blood and can get pretty violent - definitely not a children's show but otherwise fits the bill.
A spunky lesbian princess who can't use magic in a kingdom where noble status is derived from magical ability uses memories of her past life in our world to create a new science she calls magicology and makes magic weapons and tools with it. She teams up with her brother's prodigy ex-fiancé to bring magic and power to the people! It also has one of best endings I've ever seen.
No trans rep, but it's gay as can be. Princes Anisphiba is an out lesbian and Lady Euphyllia is implied to be lesbian as well. It's a beautiful, delightfully queer, yuri-tastic love story!
